Events in the City
City of London Citizen Forums – the third Monday of every month.
These informal, monthly Citizen Forums are open to all residents of the City of London. They are designed to engage residents in the City of London Corporation’s flagship policy – “Destination City”. The events will harness the skills and knowledge of residents to ensure Destination City is about creating a vibrant and attractive place in which to live, work, study and visit.
Any Castle Baynard residents who would like to attend and contribute to these sessions should sign up on the following link or contact Brendan.Barns@cityoflondon.gov.uk directly. We intend to host the April Forum in the Ward and will post further details here.
City Giving Day 2024
The Lord Mayor’s Appeal has a vision and ambition of creating A Better City for All, one which is Inclusive, Healthy, Skilled and Fair. Under the fair pillar, City Giving Day 2024 on Tuesday 24th September is an annual celebration of charitable giving across the Square Mile. Last year, over 550 organisations (large and small) came together to raise over £600,000 for good causes.
